Our guidelines and policies are outlined in the guest book in the vacation home. We ask that all guests take a moment to read through this material on check-in and ask us if any questions arise or clarifications are required.

Please note that its important for you to advise in advance if there are any guests additional to the number you have already booked. The house is designed to sleep four adults and there is a possibility to host one or two children or an additional adult if required. However we do need to have advance notice and there will be an extra charge for this facility. We are sorry that it will not be possible to accept any additional guests on your arrival, beyond the number of guests booked.

The house is not suitable for large parties or events. If guests are staying in the village to attend weddings, family reunions or other group events, these events must be held in locations outside of the vacation home premises or garden.

Check in time is between 4 to 7 pm. If for any reason this timeframe does not work for you, please be certain to let us know in advance so that we try our best to accommodate you, and to avoid your waiting to get access.

Check out time is latest 10:30am on your day of departure.

Please note that Christian’s Croft is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Violation of our policies regarding smoking or pets within the house may result in significant additional charges levied to cover the cost of deep cleaning. If there is damage or loss to furnishings and fixtures as a result of a guest’s actions, such guests may be charged for the full cost of repair or replacement of the damaged areas/items.
